Sainik School Balachadi Admission 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Age

For class VI – Born between 01 Apr 2009 to 31 Mar 2011 (Both days inclusive).
For class IX – Born between 01 Apr 2006 to 31 Mar 2008 (Both days inclusive) and should be studying in class VIII in a recognized school.

Sainik School Balachadi Admission 2021 Qualifying Standard

• For the general category and the children of defence personnel the minimum qualifying marks are 25% in each paper and 40% aggregate.
• For Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes children, there are no minimum qualifying
  marks and only inter-se merit i.e. merit amongst SC/ST students against the vacancies will be considered.
• Out of qualified candidates, depending on the number of vacancies, candidates in
  order of merit will be required to appear before a Selection Board for an interview and
  before a Medical Board for Medical Examination. The interview will carry 50 marks which
  will be added to the written test marks and final merit list will be drawn.
• Only medically fit boys will be admitted strictly in order of the final merit list
  (Written Test marks plus Interview Marks)

Sainik School Balachadi Admission 2021 Result

The result of All India Sainik Schools Entrance (AISSEE) Examination will be announced online after the successful completion of entrance examination. Candidates can check their result from the official website Or through the direct link which will be provided. The qualified candidates are selected to appear for the Medical Test and Interview.

Sainik School Balachadi Admission 2021 Reservation

• 15% of the total seats are reserved for SC and 7.5% seats for ST.
• Out of the remaining seats (77%), 67% of the seats will be reserved for boys from the Gujarat state. Balance 33% leftover of seats will be thrown open to boys
  from other States and Union Territories Territories in the ratio of their male population. Any unutilized seats in this category will be merged with home state
  seats.
• 25% seats are reserved for wards of Defence personnel including Ex-servicemen
